Terms Sent to Search Providers
A name, place, or other term entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Bourbon County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
Email and contact-form messages may be retained so we can respond. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Ordinary server, analytics, and advertising systems may record technical details when a page loads, including:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent;
- referring site, when supplied; and
- date and time stamps.

- search partners processing submitted queries;
